Membership

If you are interested in joining the club, there is a waiting list of prospective members that Jose will put you on. Sellers will contact you to negotiate price. The current going rate for memberships is $4,000 based on supply and demand and the club is currently limiting memberships to 400 members.

Yearly dues are $400 annually and each member is expected to put in 8 hours of work each year.

Upon joining the Bass & Gill Club you will receive a transponder which opens the club entrance gate and two other gates for entrance to lakes on our North Side. You will also receive a certificate of membership, car decals for you and your spouse's vehicle and a map of the club property.

A membership includes the spouse of the primary member. Members are allowed to bring immediate family members on club property up to the age of 18 as part of their membership. Children and guests must be accompanied by a member at all times while on club grounds. Guest passes will be required for any non-member and family members over the age of 18 and can be purchased from our caretaker in blocks of five for $50.
